A few slices of extra sharp cheddar cheese followed by a plum or nectarine to balance things out.

I’m into that kind of snack too. Sometimes for breakfast I like a spoonful of peanut butter or Vegemite , sharp aged cheddar or what’s in hand and a toasted piece of travel bread and berries.
