Diets SUCK

Week three of keto diet and the desire for carbs has not slowed. I’m down 18 pounds, but man I’d do awful things for a pizza..🤣

Diets are fake. People always think once you like reach your goal weight that you can stop. Nope. You literally have to be on that diet for the rest of your life to even have a chance of maintaining that weight loss. Not to mention your metabolism is going to slow as you age and there go those goalposts.
