I feel tubby

I am 157 lbs today. My BMI is perfectly healthy at 24.6 but I want my BMI closer to 19!!! So far I've almost managed to undo my binges over the last month by being super strict.

It is getting easier. I'm at 7 days of DEEP deficit with an average of fewer than 1200 total calories with activity balancing the net amount to about 900. I am well hydrated and eating enough for my brain and body to function without getting foggy or dizzy.

There's only 3 months until the Mexico trip. I wanna drop to at least 140 by then.

It's a balancing act, one I am good at and enjoy.

Here's today's menu

Breakfast: coffee w/cream and mango Mama Chia pouch. (85)

Snack: four mandarin oranges (160)

Lunch: chicken, carrots, cheese, spicy sauce (218)

Dinner: calafornia pizza kitchen and halo top (698)

Total: 1,160 calories.

My tendency is to eat my big meal at the end of the day. I cannot sleep hungry it is just too hard.

It may be hard on your sleep patterns, but when I worked in the Caribbean, we ate our big meal at midday and a small meal in the evening. I know I felt better for it.

@Doomflower believe me it's not worth being tired all the time. Genetics. Was down to 15 a few months ago. Not good. 😔
