My sister woke me up and said i was farting in my sleep 🤢i feel embarrassed even asking this but she said she heard me from the hallway...do ppl fart in their sleep or is she lying? O.o

I've never heard of people farting in their sleep, but maybe someone who is older who doesn't have full bowel control might.
