I'd call it pretty unhealthy.

why unhealthy? @Fluffybull
Fluffybull · F
@MightyLion Too low in protein. You're going to have to eat an awful lot of some of the food groups you're allowing yourself in order to get enough protein and that could lead to eating too much fat and carbs.

@Fluffybull yep if you cut the protein out you lose muscle not fat ,,,done that ! but eggs and nut have them !

@Barny52 If you're relying on eggs for protein you'll increase your saturated fats and cholesterol also nuts are great in small amounts but high in fat. I've seen a post from this person about wanting to be thin and keep weight off, well, he won't if he's going to guzzle eggs and nuts.

I'll eat meat on cheat days when I eat out which is maybe 4 times a month, sometimes a little more or less, it depends on my family. Eggs I'm pretty sure you can eat every morning and you can also get protein from plants and vegetables. Nuts I eat every once in a while. I've also been eating plant-based meat which I believe has some protein but it is all from plants. @Fluffybull
