@Nelladell No I will heat up a pot, in goes a little butter, garlic, fresh spinach and finish it quickly under high heat.

@Subsumedpat Makes me think of how we treated loose leaf lettuce when there was tons of it in the garden. Delicious and easy way to eat a lot. Sometimes when we had run out of butter and had not churned any new, we would use bacon grease instead. Also wonderful.
