IDK how anyone drinks the recommended daily intake of water.
My flea size bladder can keep up.

What have you read as the needed water intake? It is possible drink too much!

@samueltyler2 I am aware that there is a such thing as 'too much'.

The U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine determined that an adequate daily fluid intake is: About 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day for men. About 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids a day for women

@skmokisses that does seem about right. Most of us excrete about a little less than a gallon of urine a day. I work out pretty strenuously most mornings and lose a lot through sweat and breathing, so I probably end up drinking more. If you live in a really hot and dry place, like Phoenix, they teach children Not to wait until they are thirsty, but drink something every hour.

@samueltyler2 It's taking some getting used to. I've just drank water unless it was during or after a work out. So I never got nearly enough. Trying to do better by that. I think I am up to 46 ounces for today.

@skmokisses that may be more than you really need. You can be a little scientific and measure and monitor your urine specific gravity.
