The visible part is probably mostly water retention. Cut down on alcohol, caffeine and sugar. That should help unless there is an underlying disease or disorder that's causing the swelling.

@SW-User I think it might have been gas but I'm not sure it could have been water. But I eat and drink lots of sugar so ya thats it i bet

@HiImAshley Sugar will do it to ya every time and yes, it causes abdominal distress. If you quit for a few days, you should be fine.
