Why is my stomach so loud?

Okay my stomach is making the weirdest sounds right now... it's very gurgly lmao. My sister heard it from all the way across the room. I think its bc I ate a really big breakfast but why is it so loud?

@HiImAshley should , sipping hot water adds digestion. If you like add some lime juice , a small pinch of cayenne and honey
