How do you feel about women who flirt with married guys?

There is no blueprint for relationships. Every couple has to decide what limits and freedoms they accept from each other, and it's not my place to judge that. If allowing flirting with others works for them, that's great.

I find it hilarious if they flirt with me and I try not to entertain the idea but we’re only human. If I see them flirt with other people it’s not good. Doesn’t annoy me though unless I know them.

When I was married, no one flirted with me; nor did I flirt.

There is a huge difference between flirting and having a relationship. If the married partner is ok with flirting and that is all that happens then there is no problem.

It depends on the intent I suppose. If she’s just a natural flirt with everyone, it’s no big deal.

Flirting with the intent to seduce, on the other hand, wouldn’t be cool.
