Another date with New Guy today

As usual, last minute doubts are rolling in. He is so solid, stable, calm, and has a really tight knit family (they all work for him, he owns a business).

I'm an island. A far away, rocky island that is overgrown with thorns and roses. People can sail past and wave to me, and I'll wave back and show them a lovely rose, but no one can actually climb ashore- it's too much wilderness to make their way through.

I don't know if I'm normal enough for this guy.
