Depends what is meant by "talk". A lot of guys don't talk about certain things to anyone, not even their best friends or family. It's often not like he trusts you and suddenly he becomes a walking ted talk, often when a guy trusts you he says even less because there's less doubt in his mind to clarify

He may not be interested, very possible. You will know if he doesn't call you back for another date. He may also be hung up on someone else, and dating you feels like cheating to him, but he doesn't want to tell you.

All guys are different. He may move at a slower pace than others. Don’t wait around for him though
