Pulling the breaks

I'm becoming so much more aware of myself.
I really don't know how else to describe it, but I am finally beginning to notice my pitfalls in the moment, and I am correcting them just as fast.

If something doesn't feel right to me in a relationship, no matter how much he may have swept me off of my feet 2 weeks ago... I have to remember that IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS. Lol. At the beginning of a relationship I shouldn't feel this doldrum of pursuit and attention. It's literally only been a month. And at this point, I know the game. If he is no longer trying to pursue me, I am not going to continue to put in the effort to feel that magnetic feeling we felt in the beginning. I am going to step back, because obviously I'm not what he's looking for, or he's confused about what he's looking for.

It only means that the honeymoon phase is over. Now, it's time to put in the work to keep the fire going.

Or…maybe you two should just talk about what you are feeling. Misunderstandings ruin relationships. If it is what you believe , then you’ll know. If he’s starting to think he’s overdoing it and is afraid of scaring you off, you can reassure him . Men’s egos are very fragile and will disappear if the get the slightest misperception . 😉
You should talk it out he might understand and it will get better if not I’d say then u could decide.
He probably is experiencing the same feeling(s) you are.

Time to talk it out.....

Or the infatuation has worn off.
