Should I be cautious at all that my younger 14 year old brother has a date with an 18 year old girl?

Yes, unless you know that the 18 year old girl is just being kind and agreeing to a "date" because your 14 year old brother has a crush on her or something. Otherwise, I'd certainly be concerned.

@RogueLoner Yes, as long it was just agreeing because it was something the minor wanted so much. Not to be confused with any kind of sexual relationship, to be clear, or anything but an innocent gesture.
