Can someone dislike me just because I’m a tall female?

I’ve been mocked, commented and been criticized for being a big, large young lady. I used to be slender before I gained so much weight during puberty. I remember being 165 in grade 6 or 7th and then after that…..BOOM!!! I’ve gained so much weight! I was 5’9 in 6th grade and 5’10 in 7th. I’ve been 5’11” 3/4 since I was 13. Kids though I was the teacher and I got called out for slouching. My dad would criticize me for slouching and sternly told me to stand up straight and be a lady! Even my own family (not everyone) commented on how tall I am and how big my feet are. I was left out because I was the tallest and biggest girl. I got picked on but never beat up because of my size. Boys never wanted to be seen by me because it would be too embarrassing to date a tall and enormous girl. Ouch that was harsh. One time a middle age woman looked shocked and said to her husband, “OMG honey that girl is HUGE!! 😳”
And they walked off quickly. I could HEAR her and that hurt. Why are we hated so much? Sometimes I wish I was 5’6 or even 5’4”
Even tall men don’t like big tall women.

@AthrillatheHunt Whats so great about that? I hate being big and a size 14. I look HUGE. My cousin on my moms side is 5’9 and slender. I wish I had a slender body but she said she kills for my curves and most girls DIE for curves.

@LaylaTheTallGirl I like what I like. Being tall is a genetic blessing and it’s rare. Rarity equals value .

@AthrillatheHunt being born in Tennessee is a blessing from Nature. You have a body that nourishes nature instead of polluting it with methane.
