Wait so I'm not an alcoholic?

I just read that they updated the definition of alcoholism to mean more than 4 drinks a day. I mostly have cooking wine topped off with water twice a day, really amounts to one drink. Why didn't they say this sooner?

Your an alchoholic if you have a problem with alchohol. Not if you drink regularly. I would say if theres something in your life you cannot do with out alchohol then you have a problem. Or if you cannot go without it for a length of time.
