Well, it seems like the thread that has been created to help admins finding the ones fitting the bill has helped them. I find that comment a tad contradicting to that. Anyway, it still says nothing about the person you have called out on this post, and his followers/friends shouldn't take that as a free ticket. That user had several and also severe warnings over the time by admins, yet he has kept doing what he was warned for, and even celebrated his warnings as badges of honors, without any consequences this far. I personally hope that this will be the end road for his abusive behavior and presence on this site, for ever. Leggs can whine all she wants, as she always does when some of the abusive people here get on the radar. Wonder why?
