Is this consider to be a Red Flag Sign?

If a guy tells a girl I keep thinking of us together and have kids in the Future. Or would you still date me if I had a kid with someone else?

P.S. - It was a guy I use to like told me that and it creeps me out, to be honest.

He's saying that he likes you and he sees a future in a relationship with you. Perhaps he phrased that awkwardly. Your reaction suggests that you don't feel the same about him, which is valid.
