Please don't make general conclusions about men. If your boyfriend dumped you for ANY physical reason at all, then he was not really a boyfriend.

People gain weight naturally as they age, and then struggle to keep it off, for health reasons. You are actually fortunate to be starting out so thin. You will be at less risk for strokes and heart attacks, not to mention diabetes, when you are older.

And as for men, there are plenty who would be happy to date you if they like what they discover on the inside.
