So LADIES, what is the difference between your boyfriend/husband being on Tinder, and you being on SW complaining about it?

I asked this on just such a SW post and got blocked. 🤣

? well one is cheating and one is venting about being cheated on
@Frostcloud Yes but venting to WHO? 🤔
Frostcloud · F
@SmileOnYourBrother to people? it feels good being able to vent about your struggles openly. sometimes its hard to talk to your friends/family and its a little bit easier to speak freely with an online barrier
@Frostcloud I think anyone in a romantic relationship who is on social media is cheating in some way, shape, or form. JMO.

@SmileOnYourBrother so only single people can use social media? social media isnt for hooking up. some apps like tinder are made for meeting people, but a lot of it, like insta, facebook, twitter, tiktok, etc, is a really great way to keep in contact with friends and family. sw, reddit, etc is a really great way to make new friendships and connections. just because someone makes a post online doesnt mean theyre flirting with anyone
@Frostcloud
so only single people can use social media?
I never said that. I SAID that IMO anyone in a romantic relationship and on social media is cheating in some way, shape , or form.

Tinder is social media. And how do we know the Tinder cheater isn't just venting?

@SmileOnYourBrother well if being in a relationship and using social media is cheating, then only single people should use social media. because people shouldnt cheat.

and yes tinder is social media, i just mean it was specifically designed for relationships, and if youre using that specifically then it is cheating. but the majority of social media is for self expression and to keep in contact with loved ones. people posting on sw to speak on their grief, depression, or even just the walk they took in the park, arent looking to be hit up by weird strangers
@Frostcloud Okay. Thank you for your input.
Personally, I see no difference if a man is on one social site and a woman is on another.
