@SW-User Lucky you. I can't eat too much since I got acute pancreatitis few months ago. I eat less these days and avoid eating too much fries and red meat.

@iamelijah I hardly eat red meat. Been like that since my teenage years. Yea, with pancreatitis and high cholesterol, you should be careful. 馃槙

yeah not bad tho for cycling, keep it at least an hour to you see benefits I'd say.. 60kcal as you see, didnt challenge you at all
