@iamelijah lol you can opt out in the middle. Probably you should eat more as you say you're underweight. You don't want to remain underweight when you run miles everyday.

@SW-User Lucky you. I can't eat too much since I got acute pancreatitis few months ago. I eat less these days and avoid eating too much fries and red meat.

@iamelijah I hardly eat red meat. Been like that since my teenage years. Yea, with pancreatitis and high cholesterol, you should be careful. 馃槙
