should white people wear traditionally african american hairstyles?

To me cultural appropriation takes place when you enjoy a cultures stuff but hate and even oppress it's people.
As opposed to liking and appreciating the stuff and the people.
Like I have family members that hate Black and Hispanic people but they will go and eat their cultural food.
To me that smacks of taking with no giving back or appreciation. It's a superficial what can you give me kind of attitude.
