Everyone is a little racist, a little biased. So long as that person is deciding to not allow that to influence their behaviour, the job is done.

Biases exist, but racism is a different thing--I don't agree that there's someone "a little racist". It's too bad that the word has become completely defanged over the years. I think there are people who may act "racially insensitive" or act in a biased way.

The word that has been completely forgotten about is "prejudice". That was the word in the 70s/80s. That should make a comeback.

I think it's possible to re-evaluate one's biases and move forward effectively. Absolutely makes the world a better place.
