Are you skipping Thanksgiving this year?

I think our family won't be celebrating it anymore. I think there should be a new holiday in November.

Thanksgiving is America's fall harvest feast day. Many cultures have similar celebrations to mark the end of summer, the last harvest of the year, and the coming of winter.

@badminton many Americans still associate it with natives and pilgrims having a happy feast together

No new holidays are needed. Learn to give thanks and stop acting like an entitled performance artist looking for social attention and recognition.
sciguy18 · M
I will be celebrating it alone, with this...

Wiseacre · F
I give thanks every day!

@Wiseacre thats how it ought to be

I kind of have for a few years now, as far as traveling or receiving guests goes. We have a mini-version we do, but I don't eat more than I would any other day.

yes, its not an important day around here (Quebec). here its called "action de graces" but very few people celebrate it.
