I got reverse discriminated a few times when contracts were awarded to women or minority contractors who bid higher than me and weren’t as qualified. I got a night call in the below zero weather to mess up one of those contractor’s screw ups. I actually mobilized the crew and went out but let them know that it wouldn’t happen again if they choose a less qualified contractor than me.
None of it should exist .. but it does .. and it absolutely does go both directions at times. South Africa is seeing significant issues with it currently, but it happens where ever different races interact.
@BrandNewMan they said I distracted from their learning process in a class and tried filling a complaint at the school,and it just spiraled from there.
