I got reverse discriminated a few times when contracts were awarded to women or minority contractors who bid higher than me and weren’t as qualified. I got a night call in the below zero weather to fix up one of those contractor’s screw ups. I actually mobilized the crew and went out but let them know that it wouldn’t happen again if they choose a less qualified contractor than me.
