I heard on a radio interview that researchers are looking into using AI to take care of our aging population. I don't really know if seniors are going to be okay being cared for by a technology they have no experience with.
Truth is we have more people growing older and fewer people buying homes they could stay in with family. There is already a shortage of elder care workers and the demand for more workers is going to rise dramatically in coming years. It's a job plagued with low retention and high turnover.
