Sorry, sparky. Weaponizing the courts is what the Republicans tried and failed to do.

@LordShadowfire They both do it. Both parties are crooks and need to be oust. Both have weaponized the courts and DOJ for decades. It is just getting more preposterous these days.

@RocktheHouse Republicans stacked the Supreme Court in order to overturn Roe.

@LordShadowfire You're hilarious. Republicans stacked the Supreme Court? They put in the justices that were leaning conservative just as democrats put in justices that were leaning progressive. The SCOTUS job should be to interpret the constitution without political biased but obviously there is political bias on both sides. The courts are overstepping their authority.

@RocktheHouse Is that why the Republican majority Congress prevented Obama from appointing a Supreme Court judge for 4 years? During that entire time, we only had eight judges. All so they could wait until a Republican president took office, and they could stack the courts with a conservative majority.

@LordShadowfire That was during the lame duck session and Republicans had a majority in Senate. That follows the way it has always worked. The Supreme Court seat never gets filled when the President's opposing party controls the Senate. If Democrats had the majority during Amy Barrett's nomination, they could have stopped it also.
