The Illinois governor declared a state of emergency over appx 500 migrants that were sent to Chicago. He actually called up the national guard.

Nice to know you wouldn't want to ask for help from the National Guard like the Washington DC mayor, or ship them off to the suburbs like the Chicago mayor, or whine like a baby like the New York governor, or declare an emergency and call in the National guard like the Illinois governor.
