People and their canceling of others over jokes these days 🤦

People really need to learn to take start taking jokes again. Yes, even if the jokes really are innately offensive and/or in poor taste. Isn't the mentality of silencing people who make such jokes even more toxic and harmful than the actual jokes themselves? Think about that.

It totally is more damaging.

There was a stand up comedian who had a special on Netflix, I can't remember his name.
I found his humor unfunny, borderline offensive.
What did I do?
I stopped watching. That's it.
People need to learn they won't literally die if they're offended, they can stop subjecting themselves to whatever offends them and move on, go on with life.

@Ducky Thanks!
You've reminded me of what another comedian has said. We're in a world now where people feel the need to be offended for other people, which helps fuel this need to "cancel".
I've witnessed that too.
