Why would a white kid in Europe who had never seen or heard of blacks be racist when they first saw one?

@GuyWithOpinions However, I wish to state that you are only partly right in your opinion regarding racism in the United States. Sensitivity to it is quite high, but that is because a good number of American racists are intentionally subtle in discriminating.
