How do you deal with a toxic old man who constantly complains,

is overly critical, racist , disabled and does not contribute anything aside from being a burden ?

Disability means nothing to me unless it's a mental disability. Just because your physical body doesn't work in some way doesn't give you the right to be an a-hole.
