How do you deal with a toxic old man who constantly complains,

is overly critical, racist , disabled and does not contribute anything aside from being a burden ?

I wouldn’t. I don’t waste time with freaks like that. Unless I had to, like if my job entails it or something, then I guess I’d just try to remain as patient as I possibly could.
