Are you asking why you believe that they are real? Or are you asking what could convince you to believe they are real?

@Hannah200888 I would have to go with either a personal experience or a scientific study. I'm not sure what your levels of sufficient evidence would be. I don't believe though, so I've yet to find what could convince me.
