I'm thinking of what it would be like to be a vampire...

My mind escalated to the question if everyone's blood would taste differently. Like, I'm half-expecting the different blood types to taste different from each other from a vampires perspective (like a 50/50 possibility). Also, people will medical illnesses, the bacteria in their blood would bound to taste differently, right? Would it taste like sweets and pastries? Very bitter to the point where they can only take sips like liquor? Just plain nasty? Stale? Or would it depend on the illness?
There's so many possibilities...
