I Am A Real Werewolf

To the people who don't believe werewolves exist: what are you even doing here in the first place... You waste your time trying to be helpful or rude to ppl who believe with your "if you really think you're a werewolf, you should get psychological help" or "you're crazy, how can werewolves exist, its scientifically impossible for a human to shape-shift into an animal"...

We- or at least I have heard enough of that kind of shit by now. Let us be, come on...

@MrBrownstone I'm sure it's as simple as that, right? I mean, it couldn't be possible that severe hatred of werewolves in the past due mainly to the rise of Christianity led to them needing to hide themselves and, years later, people who didn't care to pick up a history book simply dismissed werewolves as a "legend". Then, as a result, the still-hiding werewolves faced not only fear but an ocean of misconceptions if they even tried to expose themselves, which led many to keep quiet. All of this culminating in new generations of werewolves who are not taught what they are or how to shift (the same way a human is taught many things at a young age) and, when they try to reach out to others like them, they are harassed by a bunch of insecure children who are more than willing to go out of their way to reinforce their beliefs so that they don't feel the need for self-reflection. Surely that isn't the case.
