To my young earth peeps: If Dinosaurs existed alongside man in the bible, how come we don't hear about them?

There are countless references to goats and donkeys and lions and vultures but no dinosaurs.
Surely animals as awe-inspiring and titanic as Dinosaurs would have attracted a lot of attention. I mean, who's going to talk about the strength of a lion when T. rex is roaming the land?

And i know some of you are just itching to respond with Leviathan and Behemoth but even if we're supposing those were describing real animals rather than one-off elemental forces of earth and water, the descriptions simply do not correlate to dinosaurs.

I don't remember exactly and I'm not digging now. Part of the creation myth talks about critters called "sea monsters" in some translations. The theory is that they were dinosaurs and they died in the flood. I know, sea monsters doed out but regular fish lived on. Remember this is coming from biblical literalists. They think it makes sense. Anyway, since they died back in Noah's time they weren't around to grab attention and inspire people to write about them later.

But of course they're not recorded from Noah's time either and even if dinosaurs DID live alongside man but died even prior to the flood then the fossil record would reflect that.
