We need Universal Healthcare or medicare for all! 😇😇😇 I have no problem with Conservatives in fact we need them to balance things out BUT in any other first world country even the right wing Conservatives support Universal Healthcare and my close dear SW friend (not saying who) who is right wing has told me she a right wing on most issues but agrees with me on healthcare and that is why she is my favourite Conservative in the whole world! 😇😇😇 The NHS is in bad shape because of underfunding by British Conservatives BUT Universal Healthcare in amanu other countries works perfectly if you fund it well! 😘😘😘
