@DogMan Very cool spot!

@BrandNewMan It's called Mammoth Caves in SW Utah. They are actually Lava tubes. The whole area
around there is covered in Lava rock from a volcano about 900 years ago.

@Gibbon Agreed .. the reservation system helped some places we were where in use
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@BrandNewMan I remember days of just driving in and Enjoying the day stay and having a good fresh lobster meal on the dock. Then driving up the mountain to take in the view. The last time I was there we couldn't even park in the park it was so crowded. That was many years ago and I know it's even worse now

@BrandNewMan

Those photos are all mine.

* Glacier National Park, in early July.

* Great Smoky Mountains National Park, in late spring.

* The view from my hotel room on a hill overlooking the valley and mountains near Breckenridge, Colorado, in late summer, I think (judging by the lack of snow on the peaks).
BrandNewMan · 61-69, M
@JoyfulSilence All of those are such wonderful places to visit. Well done my friend.
