I’ve been saying the wrong thing. I am an Ultra conservationist

I’d been saying I’m ultra conservative, but I’m NOT, though aligned in someways; conservation is not always conservative. My bad!
Stop expending our resources (conserve resource) the need to stop war and unnecessary spending in pursuit of excellence.
Somehow conservative imagery involves war whereas conservation advocates preservation of resources.
Therefore can I be a conservationist and a conservative?
They seem mutually exclusive
