@helenS It depends upon the term. The US intentionally attacked the building, whether it should have known the building was a school is at issue. I have heard no apology from POTUS! The buck stops at his desk! He is responsible for the deaths!

@Bumbles I am not dehumanizing anyone. All I want to say is if you want to defeat a totalitarian country there will be innocent victims. During WW-II German cities were in flames, and many innocent people died.
