He has dishonored the American empire! There is no other way. The officers of this great land must turn their backs of him as a traitor. To be exiled to a land of his choosing. Even such accommodation as that seems too lenient.

Social pariah: A discommended individual becomes a social pariah, with their house's name, crest, and land holdings being taken away. The family's sigil may be defaced and worn as a symbol of dishonor.
Basic rights remain: but great shame and aversion of everyone’s gaze results.
No one will look upon he and his family. Or in so doing only with shame in their eyes.

There is opportunity for the discommended individual’s descendants to regain their honor individually (probably by community service) but no examples exists; And only after 3 generations!
