How much is hospital/ doctors medical care in America, what’s the minimum without insurance/ Medicare ?

There is no minimum. If you don't have insurance —and even if you do — it will cost you an arm and a leg to see a doctor. An ER visit will run into the thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars.
