America’s Israeli peace deal; more of the same? it’s always a 2 year peace deal

And it always falls apart near the end of 2 years.
Nothing has been accomplished more of the same.

Sadly, I've been wondering how much of the peace deal has to do with Trump planning to built resorts in Gaza or perhaps there simply is so very little left there to blow up that there's no point in more bombing? :(

@ChipmunkErnie I wonder about both of those also. Djt is a con artist opportunist and entirely about personal gain. We (the world) have some tough times coming
This one will last because all of the parties are committed to it.

@LeopoldBloom that was true of previous “deals”’. It is more often external players that renege on the “agreed upon”. Which causes hostilities to resume

@LeopoldBloom Are you including Hamas in your 'committed' parties? And the extreme religious parties in the Israeli Government?

who else was even trying?? NO ONE

@1490wayb actually if you look back it has been being attempt since the Nixon administration at least; and probably prior even to the Cold War. If it does work this time that’d be great but credit should not go to DJT it should be credited in full to the citizens of Gaza/palestine for maintaining peace. External parties always end up giving favors to one side or the other leading to a resumption of hostilities. Hopefully not this time.
My preference is rotating residence periods partnered with a timeshare oil plateform residence structure just off coast. Holy days/periods are spent by celebrating populations on the land while the others are on the platform. Then they switch. And so on
