@beermeplease yup...i've been to phoenix/scottsdale in february, march and october. march was really nice and actually february was actually cold at times. i had to wear a winter coat while watching super bowl 42 at an outside bar when they hosted it back in 2008.
@beermeplease The high desert gets masively chilly in winter, same in Las Vegas, it got down to 50F, which is freezing when You get used to 120F summers.

@NativePortlander1970 when we were there in february and the daytime high was say 70 and we showed up at the golf course in shorts and short sleeved shirt the locals would ask "you're not from around here are you" 😂 ....but that 70 quickly went down to high 30s or 40s as soon as that sun went down.
@beermeplease Very quickly, when there's no cloud cover it gets chilly, that's why overcast winter days seem warmer than sunny winter days, clouds are like a blanket.
