How are you doing, Americans?

This is for the people who didn't vote for Trump.

Feel free to vent or just talk about what's happening and how it's affecting you.

I'm from England and I am up to date on what's going on over there, even I'm feeling completely exhausted, depressed and mad over it. Can't even imagine the amount of stress you're all going through living through this.

I care a lot about what's happening, non Trump voters are nice people and don't deserve any of this. I'm sorry for what's happening to your country, wish I could do more to help. England is wjth you. So is many other countries.

Keep fighting, you'll get through this. Fascists never win and never will. If you can, go out and protest. It might not help stop this madness but at least you're all together showing that you're fighting back. At some point though, probably soon, peaceful protests aren't going to be enough against your fascist government and more extreme actions will need to be taken.

Good luck, friends. Try and do something nice for yourselves, you more than deserve it. ❤

There are too many parallels to Nazi Germany to feel even remotely comfortable with this administration. He certainly has a lot of people close to him that are using his appeal for their own agendas, but the same has been said of Hitler. Too much of what Trump says or does feels like a slippery slope towards authoritarianism, and it's very antithetical to the values of the country I know and love.

I do ultimately believe that Trump is a symptom of, rather than the cause of a lot of our social ills. Americans really need to do more to promote critical thinking skills and media literacy, as well as curbing the influence of online misinformation campaigns and political grifters.

For now, I'm holding out for midterm elections for people to realize that he's taking things too far. Who knows what kind of chicanery he'd try to employ to secure his own power after what he's trying to pull off in Texas and DC. If all else fails, my hope is that our armed services realize that they swore an oath to the US Constitution, not to a single man or his agenda.

@TinyViolins Don't think you're getting midterms unfortunately 😅
