Illegal Immigration and residence status

Personally the way i see it is that everyone in america besides the natives are immigrants and or descendants of immigrants and it would be nice if the nicer people who came over here were were treated with respect and equality and even immunity for their move here so long as they don't commit further crimes .. legals and “illegals” should be subjected to the same laws and entitled to the same benefits imo.. not this bs where illegal violent criminals are sheltered for vile crimes and excused from breaking serious laws and committing vile evils.. but the people just minding their own business and just making a good life doing honest work in their living should be given credit for that imo aka their good behavior.. “illegals” shouldn't have to live in fear of deportation.. this is a thing that organized crime uses against them during their human trafficking and slavery business.. to this day.. and we need to take that power away from them by being gracious to their victims..

I watched a movie once of some kids from mexico that crawled through a tunnel into america and were attacked by rats and she was cleaning someone’s house and she passed out and died because she had an infection from rat bites and never told anyone or got medical help because she was afraid of being deported..

Anyway it would be nice if harmless people didn't have to live in fear

So i think there needs to be consideration for this..

And a difference between iilegal violent crime and organized grime gangs vs people who just want a decent life

As it is organized crime has the 101 on claiming asylum falsely they have a script on it to misuse the system and it’s grossly overrun by liars.. but that’s another issue..

I just wanna say that even tho i am a trump voter i am not anti immigrant but i think that illegal thug criminals and perpetrators of vile crimes should not be sheltered.. but otherwise non criminal immigrants should be granted consideration for having a life here.. and there needs to be a difference in their treatment in regards to status..

Anyway that’s all 😏

Be nice to the nice people kick the vile crims out.. stop sheltering rapist and murderers and human traffickers and whatever .. the democrats have really gone overboard in sheltering stupid shit and vile persons in their crazy efforts to be contrary to common sense and decency. That’s all 😒 some of them should be prosecuted for assisting criminals after the fact. 😤 this bs needs to stop.

I agree. It’s so hard though to weed through the good and the real criminals so that’s why the government needs to be extra cautious. Too many American citizens have been raped and murdered by these criminals.

I The ones who have been in the states and established jobs and education for their kids and are law abiding people then I agree wholeheartedly they should stay.

But I also know that many of the younger ones come because they want to experience the challenge of crossing the border. They want to say to their family and friends I made it across but at the same time they don’t have any sense of what they’re going to do there or how they’re going to be productive. They just want to experience the challenge of crossing the border. I know this because I have extended family in Mexico who have done it for the challenged then were caught and deported and laugh about it. And those are the ones that I don’t believe deserve to come in either.

And you can say well, you’re Canadian it doesn’t affect you but it actually does because they’re not only coming in illegally to your country They’re coming up north and they’re coming into my country and they’re drowning and dying trying to come in here so it does affect us. And when Canada sees what the US is doing by making it harder for immigrants to come in Canada will follow suit and remember people we have terrorists and I literally have them in my own backyard.

@Jenny1234 yeah well no thanks to UN policy a lot of terrorist have immigrated all over the world and they go to Canada also and live there and come down here and they use hispanic names to fly under the radar of the feds in regard to terrorist and terrorism they used aliases to avoid normal suspicion that falls onto people with their background..

just one point of divergence on our ageement

the "experts" tell us that people that were first encountered by the Europeans that thought they discovered the Americas actually came across a land bridge that existed between Russia and Alaska.

So we are all immigrants.

---------

and if you are a member of a religion that believes there was one first male and female - then we are all distantly related and family.
YoMomma ·
@Pretzel i believe that native Americans should be given more rights and assistance than terrorist overseas .. unlike what Obama and Biden did .. but that’s a whole other rant 😏

@YoMomma can't argue that - and recognizing the inhumane treatment over the last several hundred years - not for reparations but to help people in general understand that the US History is not pristine and flawless.

Not sure I understand or agree with the autonomous nation status given to Native Americans - where areas are considered a more or less different nation - and then we don't treat those members of that nation like aliens when traveling in the US or prevent federal/state authorities to investigate crimes on that area. I think it makes more sense to just say "you are now US citizens and your group may own the property you are on but you now are subject to all state and federal laws and will be prosecuted for violations in state/federal courts"

and then they would be citizens - and would deserve the same assistance as other US citizens.

would it be fair? probably as fair as when the US took a large portion of the south western part of the US - formerly Mexico and made that population a US territory and later US states.

@Pretzel hmm

You might feel differently if they were in your home or on your property. People say that they are for open borders. That makes me want to ask, do you have a fence around your property or locks on your doors??
YoMomma ·
@nudistsueaz i’m not for open borders i’m for law abiding residence.. you obviously didn't read anything

@BizSuitStacy the gangs and criminals are the ones doing the free labour and blame the government for putting the ones on welfare they suppress them make it easy for them to live on food stamps which is not easy , to live on, and the hard working ones are the ones smuggling them in the the USA
@Monalisasmith86 🤦‍♂
Monalisasmith86 · 41-45, F
No, they aren’t illegal immgrants they were normal immigrants , these are people coming into America by force by people in America for forced labour they that’s why they are sending them back not because they don’t want them there , they hardly getting paid for their work
YoMomma ·
@Monalisasmith86 they are being exploited by the people who illegally smuggled them in and they are afraid to escape because they don't have legal status.. they need immunity imo some of em anyway to break the illegal system of smugglers’ power over them

Break the system of organized crime’s human trafficking rings.
Monalisasmith86 · 41-45, F
@YoMomma yes people in America pay the smugglers it’s not the smugglers
YoMomma ·
@Monalisasmith86 the smuggled people also pay thousands in dollars and forced labor..
