How does it feel to be a citizen of America?

It feels worrisome and burdensome. Over 40 years of globalism have destroyed the American middle class. Everything including health care, food and energy prices have risen and the left the average man behind.

Endless wars, climate cultism, reckless deficit spending, medical tyranny and the rise of technocracy are moving all of us toward a post-human world.

9-11 and the Covid Plandemic have brought into existence the ultimate police state where citizens have become docile, compliant and so easily willing to give up their freedom and privacy in return for a false sense of security.

Young people and many adults have given up their right to think for themselves and value convenience above everything else. Most have forgotten the price of freedom was paid for many times in the past by our brave men and women in uniform.

The rise of AI, mass vaccinations and this ever growing technocracy are moving us toward a post human world. It’s sad so many people have chosen to give up their sovereign cognition in order to be amused and controlled by a hell phone.

The human connection has been replaced by artificial stimulation, immediate gratification and a world engulfed by ego, materialism and the constant pursuit of money and power.

We have been taken over from within through many happenings, the most prevalent being a wide open border. What is happening in LA right now will spread like wild fire and cause a domestic war inside our border for possibly years.

Our financial situation is becoming dire as the bond market is becoming ever so fragile and banks are skating on thin ice. The war in Ukraine and tensions between Israel, Iran, India and Pakistan are reaching boiling points.

Most people choose to remain complacent, unaware, passive and apathetic. This attitude will not help solve anything. I pray people wake up soon.

@therighttothink50 "materialism and the constant pursuit of money and power."

That's been going on for the last 45 years. And as the years have gone by, it's gotten worse and no one raised an eyebrow at it, ever. Guess it was never a problem.

The sad truth is it's been a problem just no one ever took a step back to see the problem. You got money, buy shit. No problem with that at all is the usual thought.

It's not the love of money that is the root of all that is evil, IT IS MONEY, PERIOD!!

Imagine one year of Christmas where no one buys useless junk.

@Gibbon it has no resemblance to the things he was trying to accomplish for this nation.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@cherokeepatti No and he was a Democrat well respected even by the so many on the right. I will forever believe the unions and the mafia were behind his assassination.
@Gibbon well said
fanuc2013 · 51-55, F
I'm feeling a little more confidant things are turning around!
Elessar · 26-30, M
@fanuc2013 This is the same identical "excitement" we saw among conservatives in Britain immediately after the Brexit referendum passed lol
HumanEarth · F
I agree with @Gibbon 100% all the way
Right now, very disappointing. We’re not who we should be.

If you’re speaking of the United States, that is.

There are other countries in the Americas who are doing better.

I am a bit concerned due to the false news out there, but I am proud to be an American especially now with a good president in office
In my book it beats being a citizen in any other country. That’s how I feel.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
I’m still quite proud to be an American because of the freedom(s) and opportunities I’ve been allotted.

However, Lincoln’s (et al) government of the people, by the people… couldn’t be more f’ed up.

People here are shallow.
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@SinlessOnslaught Not all. The worthy ones are keeping to themselves because they are tired of the insane drama.

Like winning the lottery, only you don't win enough money to do anything really meaningful with it
