In the event of active federal troops in a state that state should be exempt from federal taxes while those troops are active there.

It cost so much to have "federal police forces" being active anywhere. So make it hurt. Suspend federal payroll tax contribution(s) when any state is forced to host federal troops and forces. What do you think?

@Zaphod42 which interferes with state commerce inducing economic losses reduced revenue and increased cost. Only recoverable by the suspension of federal income tax. Obviously!?
